Membership Service Policy

• This document solely outlines the rules governing the purchase and utilization of premium membership levels and the exclusive digital currency known as Coins within the VitaShorts application.
• This policy acts as a supplementary component to the broader VitaShorts Terms of Service. Should any conflict arise concerning financial stipulations or service rights, the provisions of this specific Policy will prevail.

• Coins are recognized as a permitted entitlement for accessing particular digital materials within the VitaShorts platform.
• Coins are expressly stipulated to possess no monetary worth redeemable for actual currency. They are not transferable, cannot be sold, or converted to cash, and are restricted to use solely within the application's digital environment.
• VitaShorts retains sole discretion to manage the value, the quantity needed for content access, and the potential expiry of coins. All acquired coins are final sale and non-refundable.

• All the monetary transactions, such as confirming purchases and withdrawing funds, are processed through the integrated billing systems of the Google Play or Apple App Store.
• Upon the successful completion of a purchase for Coins or a membership, and once the associated service or item has been delivered, the transaction is considered absolute and cannot be canceled or reimbursed, unless mandated by relevant legal provisions.
• VitaShorts holds the sole right to modify the cost structure for all Premium Features and Coin packages. Any revised pricing will only affect subsequent acquisitions.

VIP / ADs-free Membership provide distinct advantages (e.g. No ADs experience, HD streaming) that are limited by time and cannot be transferred.

These privileges are exclusively for individual use. The unauthorized sharing of account credentials or the resale of membership advantages represents a significant violation of this Policy.

VitaShorts reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership access without reimbursement if a user infringes this Policy, participates in deceptive actions, or initiates unapproved payment reversals (chargebacks).
