Renewal Agreement

• This document outlines the terms for ongoing, period-based access functionalities provided by VitaShorts (referred to herein as the "Recurring Service").
• By activating the Recurring Service, the user grants clear and unconditional permission for their chosen payment method to be automatically charged at the beginning of every subsequent billing period (e.g., monthly, annually).
• The subscription's activation and its accompanying benefits take effect immediately upon the successful completion of the first payment transaction.

• To ensure uninterrupted service, the charge for the upcoming term may be applied within the 24-hour period directly before the present expiration date.
• Users are accountable for maintaining a valid and sufficiently funded payment method registered with the App Store. VitaShorts bears no responsibility for any service interruptions resulting from payment failures.
• In the event of an adjustment to the subscription cost, the revised price will only take effect for the subsequent scheduled renewal. Users wishing to avoid the new charge must cancel prior to that renewal date.

• Users always have the option to discontinue automatic renewal at any point. This process must be completed via the individual's App Store account settings.
• To effectively prevent the upcoming charge, users must initiate cancellation at least 24 hours before the designated renewal date. Missing this deadline could lead to the charge being processed.
• Discontinuing the Recurring Service does not entitle users to any refund or partial reimbursement for any unutilized duration within the present billing period.

• The user guarantees that their engagement with the subscription service will fully conform to all VitaShorts Terms of Service and relevant legal requirements.
• Any disagreements stemming from the Recurring Service will be handled in accordance with the compulsory arbitration provisions detailed in the overarching User Agreement.
