User Agreement

• This agreement outlines the mutual obligations and benefits shared between VitaShorts ("The Company," "We," or "Us") and you ("The User"). This Agreement serves as the basis for allowing your access to the VitaShorts digital platform.
• Your first download or access to the Service through any device establishes a legally binding contract under these Terms. Should you disagree with any of these provisions, you must cease all use of the Service without delay.

• Access to specific enhanced features requires official user registration. Any personal data gathered during this process is handled strictly according to our Privacy Policy.
• You, the User, bear sole responsibility for ensuring the complete confidentiality of your account login details. All actions, whether authorized or not, that originate from your account are considered your full responsibility. Any unusual activity must be promptly reported to contact@jv19vs.com.
• The User holds the unrestricted right to request their account be closed at any point.

• VitaShorts offers short, episodic video content purely for individual viewing and enjoyment of the End-User.
• All visual, auditory, and foundational code components are owned by VitaShorts or its authorized licensors. The Service provides a limited, cancellable license for viewing, but expressly prohibits extracting, publicly showing, copying, or sharing content beyond the app.

• The Service supports its free access levels by presenting third-party advertisements and promotional materials.
• Users have the option to buy a premium subscription, which eliminates promotional content and grants improved viewing advantages. Payment processing for these enhancements is handled by the App Store's integrated billing system.

You, the User, agree not to undertake actions intended to harm the Service, such as: (1) gaining unauthorized entry to server systems; (2) uploading harmful software; (3) participating in commercial advertising or "spam"; or (4) infringing on others' intellectual property rights.

• The VitaShorts platform is offered "as is," without any assurances of uninterrupted service, bug fixes, or suitability for a specific goal.
• The interpretation and application of this Agreement will be determined by the laws of the user's relevant geographical jurisdiction.
